As of Friday, April 1st 2022, Compass Medical will no longer have an affiliated relationship with Steward Medical Group.  We are happy to share that most of our previously accepted insurances will continue to be accepted.  Please know, however, there are a small number of insurances we may not be able to immediately accept or that may continue to be in contract negotiation, resulting in a temporary lapse of our participation.  Any impacted patients will be informed of their potentially changed status directly from their insurance carrier.

Below is a list of our participating insurance contracts as of 4/1/22 which we will continue to update.  We may not have listed every plan and plan product accepted in detail, so if you do not see your insurance plan listed, please call our Patient Accounts Department at (508) 350-2450 to verify if your plan is accepted.

Compass Medical accepts most major health insurance plans including many PPOs and HMOs. Because of our affordable rates, Compass Medical Urgent Care Centers are a great alternative to the ER and other clinics. Cash, Credit Cards, and Checks are accepted. Please note that all payments will be expected at the time of service.

Due to insurance carrier changes in 2018, you may be billed for a specialist visit depending on what type of insurance you have. Information for specific urgent care coverage and co-payment guidelines are available by calling your insurance carrier directly.
