Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Adults

Are you feeling anxious, sad, or overwhelmed? Are your worries and thoughts keeping you awake at night? Are your emotions making it difficult for you to do your work, take care of things at home or get along with others? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is for you! In this 12-week program, you will learn how to use mindfulness to regulate your negative, physical and emotional symptoms, learn how to tolerate stress, and learn skills to help you build and maintain healthy relationships. These invaluable skills can help you lead a life filled with meaning, happiness, and the ability to manage emotional pain.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Young Adults

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, angry or lonely? Are you not feeling
yourself lately? Are you constantly worried about social media? Join us for a skills group that will help you feel more emotionally aligned, balanced, in tune with your emotions, and wellbeing. DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) helps with all of these and is proven to work. This evidence-based treatment group is a class to learn to connect back to you and gain the insight and awareness to get back to who you are. Join us for your Adult/Parent group or our late teen/young adult (15-20 year old) today! *Please note: Parents may join our Adult DBT group to learn these skills to assist their children, they WILL NOT be a part of the Young Adult group.
