COMPASS MEDICAL

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Compass Medical Behavioral Health focuses on the integration of mental health and medicine for children, adults and seniors. Our mental health providers are all masters level clinicians who work in collaboration with the Primary Care and Specialty Care Physicians to coordinate all areas of your care. As a leader in integrated healthcare, Compass Medical has the ability to coordinate care with Primary Care Physicians through Electronic Medical Records, communicating with the PCP in real time. If a patient needs the assistance of psychotropic medication or has a medical condition which effects their overall wellbeing and mood, we can work together seamlessly with the PCP to ensure the utmost level of quality care.

Anyone can become a patient by having a discussion with their PCP about their mental health concerns or can call and self-refer. Insurance companies do not require prior approval from the PCP. They do require an initial authorization, which we can help coordinate.

Although we don’t offer medical management, we have a network of outside Behavioral Health providers and can refer for psychiatric evaluations, medication evaluations, and neuropsychological testing.
