That is why we have teamed up with Press Ganey Associates to measure patient satisfaction.
You may receive a patient satisfaction survey in the mail or by email after your office visit. Completing these surveys provides Compass Medical with extremely important feedback. The answers you provide will help us measure and evaluate our customer and clinical service performance. Based upon what you tell us, we will review options to improve our services and increase our efforts to be sure we offer the best care for all patients and their families.

Knowing how patients perceive their experience with their healthcare team is an instrumental component of improving and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We realize the key to our success is understanding our patients’ needs and responding back to their concerns. These surveys are extremely important for patients to participate in and provide us with invaluable feedback. Being able to hear about the quality of our services from the patient’s perspective allows us to measure and evaluate our customer and clinical service performances.
