BRIAN B. BLOOM, MD

Brian B. Bloom, MD, MBA, earned his medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and acquired his MBA from Boston University in Health Care Management. Dr. Bloom specializes in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. In addition to his employment at Compass Medical, Dr. Bloom is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine, the Medical Director for the Respiratory Care Program at Massasoit Community College, and has ongoing involvement in the Massachusetts Medical Society. He has several peer-reviewed publications. Additionally, Dr. Bloom holds the rank of Captain in the United States Navy, where he still serves as a reservist. During his deployments, he has been awarded multiple awards, including the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal.
