Her clinical interests include improving the health and well-being of her patients as well as providing equal care to all.
Kandyce Casey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, before receiving her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her Doctoral capstone focused on improving provider competency for LGBTQ identifying people and continues that passion through her memberships with organizations such as GLMA Healthcare Professionals Advancing LGBTQ Equality, Signature Healthcare’s Gender Identity Committee and the American Public Health Association (APHA).
