I encounter an interaction from one of your employees Maria, and another elderly patient. This particular patient came in for an appointment, and she was so confused. She checked in with Maria, and she didn’t know where she had to be. Maria then made few phone calls trying to find out where this Pt had an appointment. She was able to find out where this Pt had to go. Maria then took it upon herself to bring this Pt upstairs. She was so nice and kind to this Pt. I’ve been to Dr’s office many times, but I’ve never seen something like this. She went above and beyond to provide a GREAT customer service to this Pt.
